Any chaperones joining your company for the festival must fill out a chaperone release form before arriving at the Festival

Nominate + register dancers for Scholarship class
Each company may nominate 2 of their dancers to participate in the summer scholarship class on the Saturday of each weekend.
Please communicate with your selected dancers and instruct them to review all of the scholarships offered and select which they would like to be considered for by March 12th.

Dancer Participation fees due.
Directors are responsible for collecting their dancers' $75 participation fee. Directors must send a check made out to Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest for the total amount. Checks should be mailed to:
